Welcome, I'm Erin. It is my passion to share holistic, life-long skills with people of all ages to bring their life into balance.
It is so easy to lose our way in our fast-paced society, but Yoga, Mindfulness and Essential Oils, are all tools to help balance our physical and mental well-being. These beautiful practices plant seeds of inner knowing, connectedness and compassion. Get curious. Experience the seeds take root. Watch them grow and blossom into something beautiful.
You can find me sharing these teachings of Yoga and Mindfulness in Schools (both during and after), Recreation Deptartments, Girl Scouts, the Privacy of your Home and Yoga or Wellness Studios.

About Erin
When I started to see the benefits of healing through my Yoga and Mindfulness practices though, I knew I needed to share these tools with others. Having always had a passion for working with children, I completed an intense Therapeutic Yoga training for children to better serve their needs. Here, I found my calling.
